The Challenge

Before working with The Original Factory Shop, they had just relaunched their eCommerce division after being heavily reliant on retail for a long time. They had ambitions to launch TikTok Shop alongside their new website, but this endeavour came with it’s own set of challenges.

Their retail partner was already ahead and active on TikTok Shop, so carving out space for the brand (all while their website relaunch was underway) became a challenge in itself without expert guidance.
